After a successful 20-year career in real estate, including 14 years with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty—where she was recognized in the Top Producer Circle for 2018–2019—Andreina Zambrano has joined Coldwell Banker Realty as the next chapter in her distinguished career.
Andreina brings extensive experience, professionalism, and dedication to every transaction. Originally from Venezuela, she has lived in Miami since 2004, following her time in New York. Prior to real estate, she began her professional career as an attorney in Caracas, serving at the Supreme Court of Justice and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. As a legal clerk to the Vice President of the Supreme Court, she developed exceptional listening, communication, and analytical skills. Among her most notable achievements are her contributions to the drafting of Venezuela’s Code of Ethics Law and Mediation Law.
Andreina’s clients benefit from her strong work ethic, strategic mindset, and commitment to creating win-win outcomes. She has a deep understanding of each client’s specific needs and truly values the opportunity to be part of their journey—whether as a family or as investors. Her areas of expertise include Miami, Pinecrest, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Aventura, Key Biscayne, and Brickell/Downtown.
While her career initially focused on residential sales, Andreina expanded into commercial real estate over the past decade. She has represented international buyers and sellers in transactions involving multifamily properties, hotels, retail spaces, vacant land, waterfront properties, and investment opportunities. Her reach extends beyond Florida to Europe, with a special focus on Portugal, Spain, and Italy.
Outside of real estate, Andreina has been married to Ricardo Hernandez since and is the proud mother of three children. She enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with family and friends, playing board games, and enjoying peaceful natural settings. A devoted Catholic, Andreina is actively involved in her community and embraces service as a path to meaningful success and personal fulfillment.
